Returns and Exchanges

For Refunds & Exchanges

All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange or receive a refund, you must first email us at info@bikinimamas.com to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us.


If you are not happy with your item(s), we will refund your item(s) within 15 days of your delivery date, minus a $5 restocking fee. 


We will exchange the size or style if it's within 30 days of your delivery date. In the email noted above please indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. We will ship the new items free of cost (for Domestic). International rates will apply and be placed on your credit card for the shipping costs of exchanged items.

If you choose to receive a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your Bikini Mama's account and will be redeemable by phone.

Return Policies:

Bikini Mama's does not refund your return shipping cost (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please contact us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Bikini Mama's is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes for items returned from an international location. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for postage, fees and/or taxes of returned items.

We will process your exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of it. You will receive a confirmation email once the processing is complete.
